Why Creativity and Resilience?

We want our children to be best prepared for the challenges they will face in an increasingly fast-changing world. While none of us can precisely predict the future, it is apparent that adapting and navigating change will be vital for our children to thrive in the 21st century. Creativity and resilience lie at the heart of the life skills needed to embrace life’s challenges.

Creativity

Creativity is a fundamental human ability. Creativity is essential to finding new solutions for new challenges. AI (artificial intelligence) is already changing the way we work, and, our children will work alongside AI and robots in the future. Creativity will ensure your children’s autonomy in the work place and help them remain at the forefront of innovation in tomorrow’s world.

There is no doubt that creativity is the most important human resource of all. Without creativity, there would be no progress, and we would be forever repeating the same patterns.

Resilience

Resilience is about being able to take knocks and still hold your head up. Learning to be resilient will help your children navigate their way through life however uncertain and complex it becomes. With a resilient mindset, your children will grow and flourish both in the good times and in adversity.

When we learn how to become resilient, we learn how to embrace the beautifully broad spectrum of the human experience.

Creativity and Resilience work in tandem.

Having both the ability and mindset to respond to new challenges inventively, will empower your children to live to their full potential.

It is rare that these core life skills can be developed at school alone. SENSING SPACE offers an opportunity for children to cultivate their creativity and resilience through fun, engaging creative play.
